We understand you may be reluctant to do this on your own, so let us join you! We can facilitate introductions and help mediate. Want to stay anonymous or stay out of it? That’s ok! We can also reach out to STR owners on your behalf.

If you’re experiencing consistent issues with a short term rental and have exhausted all other meaningful interactions, it might be time to submit a formal complaint. Until now, the only two choices were to call the police or complain to the town - both of which may feel overboard or didn’t yield the desired result. Submitting a complaint to us accomplishes multiple goals:
Getting your concerns addressed and/or directing them to the appropriate places.
Preserving a positive relationship between you and the STR owner as we are a neutral party of peers rather than a government/authority figure.
Logging complaints in an organized way so there is better documentation.
Helps us as a town better understand the scope & breadth of the STR issue allowing our representatives to make better informed decisions on policy, resources & budget that are fair for everyone.
